ONLINE CLASSES FOR CIRCUIT BREAKER PHASE 1 (JUNE)

Our studios will only be part of Phase 2 opening, hence, we prepared another month of online classes in June! 💕
Training of flexibility is important for Pole and if you would like to train back some of your strength in Pole, we recommend the strength based classes such as Train Your Pressup and Train Your Shoulderstand. You will condition muscles that are useful for Pole as well.
