I cannot balance for the life of me 🤸♂️ I struggle with this all the time. As you have seen in my workouts 🏋️♀️. I know its getting better but it takes time.
But Balance is in so many different ways. The best balance , is balanced nutrition. I have learned that if you deny yourself everything to eat, your going to crash. 30 years experience here🙋♀️ So I learned about balanced nutrition , that I can have my pizza , my sparkling water. Not feel guilty after 5 pm.
Because throughout the day I am eating all the good stuff. 80/20 rule people.
Do I lose crazy weight fast?. 🙅♀️ Nope , but like you've seen before I'm a marathoner not a sprinter. .
Sure its nice to look at how fast those sprinters go , but they can only run for so long.
I know as of today I can run 🏃♀️ a long time.
So here's to sharing Pizza night with the family , and not Cauliflower pizza.
