Jetzt gehts wieder los 😁✌
Nachdem ich nach dem Tattoo Termin so halb brav 2 Tage Pause gemacht hab (es guckt da übrigens neugierig raus😁), hab ich heute wieder Schultern trainiert. Das ist so mein, ich muss langsam wieder einsteigen Training 😅 morgen gehts dann wieder laufen und Beine trainieren und Donnerstag steht Hyrox auf dem Plan. Im Moment gehts mir sehr gut, im Vergleich zur letzten Off hab ich weniger binges und bin sehr viel zufriedener mit meinem Körper ✌ auch wenn einzelne tage schief gehen über die Woche passen die Kalorien. Mittlerweile schaffe ich tageweise sogar ohne meal prep und Plan in den Kalorien zu bleiben, klingt trivial, ist aber für einen Bühnen Athlet ein kleiner Erfolg.

During your lift, you can focus on your muscle contraction (internal focus) or on actually moving the weight (external focus). Your 'internal focus' might increase muscle growth, but studies show this was only seen in the biceps and upper body, not in the legs.⠀

In the case of a bicep curl, think about lifting the weight with your bicep and not your arm. Squeeze at the top of the lift and literally think about your bicep contracting. ✅⠀
