'Back goals pt3' When I first saw people taking pictures and videos of themselves in the gym, I thought it was dumb, but the fact is that by taking pictures and videos and being able to look back and analyse them allows you to look at not only your form but your growth/weight loss and make adjustments or compliment yourself on your progress.
Some may feel uncomfortable taking pictures or videos in the gym environment, but I want to reassure and be an advocate for this practice as the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. Anyone who is not able to appreciate why this practice is done is just not far enough down the road on their physical fitness journey to process how important the behaviour is to the individuals chances of achieving their goals and physical desires.
The last thing I want to add is that anyone who has any insecurities, low self esteem, lack of confidence should be hitting these weights in the gym. The achievements made in the gym transfer to life in general, what do I mean? Let me just say, if you can squat 140-160kg and deadlift 180-200kg what effect do you think that will have on you as a person or confidence levels.
P.s. Let's not forget, looking great in your clothes!
