BERENJENAS RELLENAS DE VERDURITAS:
INGREDIENTES 👩🏽‍🍳:
✅Berenjenas.
✅Verduras (al gusto): pepino, calabaza, pimientos, tomate, zanahoria, cebolla, ajo.
✅Queso.

🍽PREPARACIÓN:
🔸En primer lugar se deben de vaciar las berenjenas y cortamos el resto de las verduras en trocitos.
🔹A continuación ponemos en una olla, el ajo y la cebolla, cuando estén pochados, añadimos el resto de las verduras, por ultimo añadimos el tomate (también cortado), porque suele tener mucha agua.
🔸Después, montamos las berenjenas. Poniendo la mezcla de las verduras dentro de la piel de las berenjenas.
🔹Las ponemos en el horno con el queso, para que este se funda..

Macronutrients, or macros, are your protein, carbohydrates and fats, and are where you will be getting the energy content (calories) of your diet. Based on your goals you want to consume various amounts of each and  counting macros is more effective than counting calories.

Proteins are the building blocks of your body. Pretty much all lean (non-fat) tissue in your body is comprised of protein, therefore it is the most important macronutrient. Our bodies are constantly breaking down protein as well as undergoing protein synthesis. We always want to be on the positive side of this equation or else we will lose muscle mass.

Fat is our body’s most efficient energy source, meaning we can get the most energy out of each gram of fat (9 calories compared to 4 for carbs and protein). Fat also helps regulate our hormone levels. Fat also acts as our main source of stored energy, hence why we hold body fat.

Carbs are actually the one macronutrient that we don’t “technically” need to consume. Our body can actually create its own glucose (stored form of carbs) by breaking down protein, and it can also create ketones which act as a carbohydrate “clone” , out of fat when carb intake is low for a long period of time. However, if you are an active person you definitely still want to consume an adequate amount of carbs, as the energy system we use primarily for high intensity exercises runs primarily on carbs.  We store carbs in our muscle tissue and our liver, and if we consume too many calories we can also convert them into fat to be used later.

Hit 'em with the 1,2 punch!

There are few things that I take serious in life. Serious is boring LOL. One of those things has to be my foundational health. The micronutrients.

When my micronutrients are at optimal levels my body works more efficiently. This is important on a fat loss journey because like i said my body works at a more efficient level. meaning that my body absorbs nutrients better, processes foods better and recovers better.

Not to mention that having a solid foundation of micronutrients helps to build a stronger immune system. When I am able to not get sick I can actually do the workouts. Who wants to be on a fat loss journey and then catch a cold and have to take several days off. That is a great way to get thrown off track. So staying healthy allows me to continue to do the work on a conssitent basis. Consistency always wins. 
Adding microfactor and opti greens into my daily regiment has helped me to build a strong foundation. I know that I am giving my body the nutrients that it needs even if my diet isnt always on point. (i am human lol) When you have a strong foundation all the work you put in is amplified. Start on the inside and build that up before you look to the outside.

Hace 4 años me le levantaba a las 5 am para introducirme en 2h de tráfico y así llegar a mi trabajo a las 7:30. Solía desayunar en mi carro, estresada, en el medio del embotellamiento y lo que sucedía era que 2 horas después me estaba muriendo de hambre🙈. Mi mente no asociaba que habia comido, mi cuerpo estaba en estado continuo de alerta y por ese ritmo durante 12 años, empecé a sufrir del estómago, mini ulceras, problemas del colon, hasta biopsias de colon llegaron a tomarme, pensando que podía ser cáncer😨. I used to eat breakfast in my car, stressed, in the middle of the traffic jam, and 2 hours later I was starving again.
