The best, easiest, fluffiest, low carb pancakes! This is my go to breakfast, they are so easy to make, guilt free and you can freeze them for future on the go meals! •2 scoops vanilla protein
•2 cups oats
•2 cups cottage cheese
• 500ml egg whites
•1 tsp vanilla extract
** Put all ingredients straight into the blender and blend! Use a 1/4 measuring cup and scoop pancake mix into non-stick frying pan on low-med heat! Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes or until slightly brown! ** Pro-tip, I use frozen berries, heated in the microwave instead of syrup for more natural sugars!
**Optional Toppings to Add, coconut whip cream, cinnamon, stevia chocolate chips, blueberries, peanut butter and bananas!
