While all of us are at home we are indulging in lot of foods that are not good for health however with limited options and long hours of watching movies and Netflix we are getting prone to binge eating. Finding ways to work out while in another country and being cooped up indoors.  There are so many free resources online.  Literally, you can youtube a workout.  Today we did Tabata for 30 minutes including warm up and cool down.  And I did them in my pjs and flip flops . 
Bonus: my kiddo joined me and did the entire workout minus the cool-down (he wanted to play LEGOs at that point 不). 
Yes, I am snacking more being stuck in doors and when I am trying to eat away my anxiety over rona.  However, there is NO excuse to find ways to exercise.  It might take a little longer when the kids are jumping on you or youre constantly being interrupted.  This might be an opportunity to get them involved or just do something active with the kiddos like run in your yard, go for a walk, play frisbee, play Simon says, have a dance off, practice cart wheels...

Im not sure if you all know this, but we moved into our new house with a fresh start and ZERO furniture! We've been slowly buying pieces the last couple of weeks, and probably will be picking out furniture and decor for our home over the next year or so (it's expensive to adult!). Haha. But, we finally spent our first night in our new bed last night!  We slept great, so great that we slept in late into the morning地nd I just had to capture this sleepy head snuggling the bump while I watched a little bit of TV. The cutest.  #29weekspregnant #babybumplove #daddysdayoff (Can't believe I'm defending myself, but my preggo hormones are ruling over my logic right now. Yes, I slept in my eye makeup, yes I have lash extensions. No, that's not lip gloss, it's vitamin E oil. And yes, I do look this good when I wake up on the mornings I get to snuggle my hubby, because I wake up smiling.)

We get to hold them a little bit longer. Bond with them a little bit more. Laugh with them, teach them, learn from them. We get to watch them grow. We get to build their courage, and be brave. We get to love them a little bit harder. Theres something a little bit special about having this time with our children. Its something that may never happen again in our lifetime. I know in some moments it might seem overwhelming for us but I like to see things through their eyes. They will remember this as the time when they got to snuggle on the couch for hours, the time when mummy was their teacher, and Daddy wasnt overworked, theyll remember all the things we baked together. Dancing together, laughing together. Theyll remember the time when the world stopped but our entire world was under one roof. Theyll remember how much they loved warm cuddles and endless kisses. That extra long embrace at bed time. Yes its exhausting but is your soul cup full. Mine is. .

Hey ihr lieben  Ich habe jetzt mehrere N瓣chte beobachtet das Mika sich im Schlaf hinstellt und l瓣uft irgendwann kippt er wieder um und schl瓣ft weiter . Er ist w瓣hrend des Laufens nicht wach . Es ist also momentan ziemlich schwierig nachts . Ich habe zum Gl羹ck einen leichten Schlaf & bekomme es mit wenn er sich bewegt , wenn ich also merke er will aufstehen bin ich bereit. Bereit aufzupassen das er sich nicht verletzt. Sch繹n ist diese n瓣chtliche aufwacht Aktion nicht! Ich bin momentan wegen dem Schub, der Wohnungssuche & der famili瓣ren Situation sowieso ziemlich gestresst & ohne richtigen Schlaf ist es nochmal bl繹der. Yuk mendingan bikin topping untuk stock bikin mie ayam sederhana ala mamakeys 
Ini bahan yang sangat mudah dan ratarata udah ada dirumah ya moms. Ini dia cara bikinya:

Bahan-bahan:
300gr daging ayam
100gr kulit ayam + lemak
2 lt air

Bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang putih (dipisah) 2 siung bawang merah
3 butir kemiri
4cm kunyit
4cm jahe
1/2 sdt ketumbar
1/2 sdt merica
1 sdm gula merah
Garam dan gula putih secukupnya
Penyedap secukupnya

Bumbu tambahan:
1 batang serai, memarkan
1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan
2 lbr daun jeruk
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram

Cara membuat:
署otong dadu dada ayam, rebus dengan 2lt air hingga matang dan airnya dijadikan kaldu, ayam ditiriskan 署enggorengan beri sedikit minyak, masukan kulit ayam, tumis hinga keluar minyak, lalu masukan bawangputih halus/geprek tumis hingga harum, sisihkan. 聖umis bumbu halus tanpa bawang putih tadi hingga harum, masukan serai, lengkuas dan daun jeruk, tumis lagi hingga harum lalu masukan ayam yang sudah ditiriskan, dan kulit ayam beserta minyaknya, tambahkan sedikit air kaldu.
Tambahkan garam, saus tiram, kecap dan gula merah. Masak toping ayam hingga sedap dan cek rasa. Topping siap di hidangkan bersama bahan tambahan lain.

Mudaaaah ya moooms 拎領
Selanjutnya udah deh tinggal tambain mie rebus/kwetiau/yamin, sawi manis, daun bawang, bawang goreng, sambal, saus dan kecap sesuai seleraa yaa.. Ini dia cara bikinya: Bahan-bahan: 300gr daging ayam 100gr kulit ayam + lemak 2 lt air Bumbu halus: 3 siung bawang putih (dipisah) 2 siung bawang merah 3 butir kemiri 4cm kunyit 4cm jahe 1/2 sdt ketumbar 1/2 sdt merica 1 sdm gula merah Garam dan gula putih secukupnya Penyedap secukupnya Bumbu tambahan: 1 batang serai, memarkan 1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan 2 lbr daun jeruk 1 sdm kecap manis 1 sdm saus tiram Cara membuat: 署otong dadu dada ayam, rebus dengan 2lt air hingga matang dan airnya dijadikan kaldu, ayam ditiriskan 署enggorengan beri sedikit minyak, masukan kulit ayam, tumis hinga keluar minyak, lalu masukan bawangputih halus/geprek tumis hingga harum, sisihkan. 聖umis bumbu halus tanpa bawang putih tadi hingga harum, masukan serai, lengkuas dan daun jeruk, tumis lagi hingga harum lalu masukan ayam yang sudah ditiriskan, dan kulit ayam beserta minyaknya, tambahkan sedikit air kaldu. Tambahkan garam, saus tiram, kecap dan gula merah. Masak toping ayam hingga sedap dan cek rasa. Topping siap di hidangkan bersama bahan tambahan lain. Mudaaaah ya moooms 拎領 Selanjutnya udah deh tinggal tambain mie rebus/kwetiau/yamin, sawi manis, daun bawang, bawang goreng, sambal, saus dan kecap sesuai seleraa yaa..
