So glad I got up this morning and pushed play. So thankful I have somebody who will get up with me on their mornings off and work out with me.

So...I don’t have a six pack yet? Just kidding, but it was a pretty good workout for only 15ish mins (I skipped the recovery period in the middle because I ain’t got time for that haha). Y’all this may sound silly but I only hit the snooze button once this morning (ok, so I hit it twice, but almost immediately got up after hitting the button). This is progress. I got out of bed, stayed in my PJs, and did this workout. Was it 30 mins? No. But was it something good for me and will help me get stronger and back to running (hopefully injury free)? Yes!
Don’t think 15 mins isn’t enough to make a difference...every little bit counts!! What are you doing today to make yourself stronger?
