Have you ever cried during a yoga class or somekind of physical movement?
Yesterday, I took @vanessamichielonyoga ’s workshop on how to manage anxiety and stress through movement. The class consisted of yoga movements mixed with dance. Lots of swaying, rolling and shaking. It is so incredible how movements can release so much emotional and physical tension.
