B E | S T I L L 🧘🏻♀️ Whilst it pains me to post a picture looking like a thumb without a brow on in sight! 😂 I’m embracing this lockdown living and being brave anyway 👏🏻
I love, love, loved this mornings yoga! It takes me a good 10-15 minutes to stop the rapid fire thoughts of my workload and days to-do list from whizzing round in my head 🧠 .
But when I’m able to just let go- and move my body, it feels amazing! ❤️ it helps me to take a break from the hectic, fast paced moving feel of my days and to really relax and stretch away the DOMS of training. .
If you’re thinking yoga is just for the flexible amongst us- you’d be mistaken! Anybody can get going with yoga practise whether it’s 10 minutes before bed or half an hour in the morning 🌅
