Lockdown Diary 1: SuperMom Garima has a very valuable tip for new moms with 2-4 months old babies. She also made me laugh on her innocent but certainly very valid wishes if at all she had a lock-down relief genie! AND We did a quick Pendulum Laughter Exercise for which the recipe goes something like this (you see, the whole world is cooking on social media since the past two months so the word recipe sounds so much more familiar, isn't it? :P)
Pendulum Laughter Exercise Recipe: swing to the left, swing to the right, come to the center and laugh out loud. Repeat three times followed by 3 looooong breaths...
