Bharadvajasana is a wonderful spinal twist that comes after an intensive backbend sequence in the Ashtanga intermediate series.
It is our theme for day 🔟 in #spinalspringawakening 🌀our last day!!!! My gosh, it went so fast⚡️⚡️
But we will meet again very soon in our Independent yogis challenge (end of April) followed by a handstand challenge in the beginning of May 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
so no worries 😜

Some tips:
✅ Open enough distance between the knees, it will allow you to ground your pelvis down.
✅ Push the lower palm against the floor in order to increase the rotation.
✅ Use the back palm to give contra by pushing the foot (ankle) inwards and opening the chest more
✅ With each inhale lengthen and with each exhale go deeper into the twist.

Wenn man zu Hause nicht das gleiche Equipment hat, wie in der #Crossfit #Box oder dem Lieblings #gym, dann gilt es Alternativen zu finden. • 
Mit den Resistance Bands kann man ebenso gut trainieren wie mit Gewichten. Die Schwierigkeitsstufen regelst du einfach mit verschiedenen Stärken der Bänder. Diese sind vor allem aber auch günstiger zu erwerben als Gewichte und benötigen zu Hause nicht so viel Staufläche wie Langhanteln, Plates, Kurzhantel oder sonstiges Equipment ... •
Ist also vielleicht mal eine Überlegung wert, oder? •

My first classes of SAFE FLOOR @alexandre_munz I experienced with Tim Persent @timlmp, at our first residency at Umeå @norrlandsoperan, during the creation of @janmartensss #anyattendwillend with @grip.artists & @dance_on_ensemble  Tim Persent teached and leaded us dancers through subtle sequences of spiraled movements on the floor which gave the base and supported the  effects of each following movement. I felt my especially my pelvis opened and smoothen up in a certain way which released tensions. The exercises reminded me of a Yoga or Thai Chi/ Chi Gong related approach of moving, breathing and the right balance of energy and relaxation. Simplicity of complexity. Wybierz sobie np. 5 ćwiczeń. Wybierz takie ćwiczenia, które będziesz w stanie wykonać jedno po drugim bez przerw. Poniżej na filmie skrócony przykład mojego dzisiejszego obwodu.
Wariant 1 – wykonaj 10 powtórzeń każdego ćwiczenia, jedno po drugim i tak przez 10 minut. Jeżeli czujesz się na siłach odpocznij chwilę i powtórz ćwicząc kolejne 10 minut (możesz zmienić ćwiczenia). Tak opracowane „dziesiątki” powtarzaj dowolną ilość razy. Określony cel czasowy pozwala dotrwać aktywnie do końca bez rozpraszania się w domu. Ćwicz codziennie, optymalnie rób jedną „10” do trzech.
Wariant 2 – Wykonuj każde z ćwiczeń przez 1 minutę i tak każde następne do granicy 10 minut. Przy pięciu ćwiczeniach będą to tylko 2 obwody. Obwody powtarzaj tak jak przy „wariancie 1”. When I was a kid I knew every street around the block, as I carted newspapers and advertising flyers around for pocket money. It took me 3 hours and I earned 30 bucks. 
Recently as I walk more frequently around the neighbourhood, there are flashes of memories. An old friends house there, my old hiit sprinting hill, the forest which used to be a paddock. 
But even on common paths there are still new places to find. This bridge is off a walking track I've passed many times - but it was Aimi's new eyes that got us to venture into new territory. 
I wonder what other paths exist, from well known paths. I need new eyes. 
And when one finds a bridge then you need to handstand on it, because I'm an adult with Instagram in 2020.

Ca 4 av 5 svenskar får problem med ryggen någon gång under livet. Det är därför ett av våra vanligaste folkhälsoproblem.

Dagligen spenderar vi flera timmar stillasittande. Vi sitter på stolar, i fåtöljer och i soffor. Detta kombineras med mycket arbete med framåtböjd rygg eller i statiskt läge.

Här är en oerhört bra övning för detta. Spinal Waves tränar upp ryggradens alla segment. Har man ryggont så gäller det att börja lugnt och försiktigt och lyssna på kroppens signaler. Med tiden kan man ta ut rörelserna mer och mer.
