You’ve seen single leg balance exercises/challenges. Now try it while rhythmically slinging your arms and your free leg in opposite directions!
It’s going to test your coordination and timing as well as your balance.

Having a beat helps. Try 90s hip-hop classic ‘He Got Game’ by Public Enemy (heard in the background of the video). It works a treat!
