I promised, and behold, I deliver. These are the latest canvases of my digital art. I’m releasing a whole line of these — and much, much more. The ones you’re seeing here were my gifts for Kari, Sam, and Casey. You will be able to get these pieces and more on my website soon. Link in bio/comments.
I believe that — besides raw love — art is one of the greatest gifts you can give to the world. And that is why I create. That is why I draw breath.
That is also why I have dedicated my life, and businesses, to the pursuits of creating — and also empowering other creatives.
A little backstory, since most of you didn’t realize that I’m also a digital artist:
I first starting making digital art when I was 12 years old - as a hobby. Using the software I had access to through Rhinos Youth Radio in the wonderful art haven of my little city of Bloomington, Indiana. (Back when Photoshop, fireworks, and dreamweaver were all MacroMedia, before adobe bought them). Incidentally, that’s also when I started writing, making websites, playing music, and all of the other things that ended up shaping my career.
I’ve actually made hundreds of pieces like the ones you see here over the past 18 years. I will be releasing a ton of pieces this year. [Additional product details in comments]. This is just the beginning of a greater vision of making big things — not just with my own art — but alongside many other artists.
We at Haus Gotwals — Geronimo — and Holon — will be working on bringing together artists — and all of the artistic mediums for interactive events and experiences. Inspired by those such as Cincinnati’s Blink, or Bloomington’s Lotus Festival.
I can’t wait to gift you all with my raw, creative, expression. These tiny mirrors into my soul.
I also can’t wait to help artists around the world reach all of you as well. - 17 minutes ago
