Hey hey hey 🖐 just an overdue introduction.... My name is Lisette and I'm a traditional metalsmith based out of the DMV ✊ .
My roots are spread across Ecuador and France -which heavily influence my style and design approach- a mixture of the natural world and art nouveau.
I often bounce back between here and Ecuador to fill up on inspiration, love, and knowledge. This gives me the motivation and creativity boost to work with. .
I started this business when I returned from living overseas in Ecuador. Before moving there to learn metalsmithing I sold my car and some belongings to pursue my goal of learning this artform. I spent over a year learning metalwork and developing skills working with silver and gold. .
It's been three years since I've been back in the states making jewelry and since the beginning, I've been making every item by hand. I've been really fortunate to be able to create jewelry for others while at the same time preserving this traditional method of metalwork. .
I'm excited to be a part of the many community events going on this holiday season and so grateful for all the support and kind words I receive. Its really dope meeting new people and having the opportunity to share and connect. .
One last thing....
As this last month if the year and last month if the decade closes out, I also just want to take this space to say thank you. Gracias. merci to everyone.
keep an eye out for this half raw/half refined dark M&S Creations crystal 😉. .
