BREATHE IT IN |
Being alone can be wonderful. Choosing what to watch; enjoying a soak in the bath; reading; relaxing; exercising; thinking. But it's the thinking bit that can also cause some problems...
When we're forced to be alone too much we can sometimes get in our own heads, and be more critical, concerned and anxious that we would otherwise be 🧠
If you're anything like me you've possibly worried about your business, considered taking on work you might not really want to; panicked about the future; worried a bit more. Sometimes the lack of interaction with fellow business people can be a bit blah
Well all that changed for me when I attended the @thrivecollectiveclub virtual Meet-Up recently. It was hosted by the lovely @thrivewithsamdixon and around 20 businesswomen joined. It was so nice to be back in front of like-minded, enthusiastic, and honest people. We shared, we laughed and I think we gave each other a bit of a morale boost. I came off the call buzzing and can't wait to join the next one!
If things are getting you down or you're feeling a bit stuck, why not reach out to someone in a similar situation and see if they fancy a zoom coffee, a socially-distanced walk, or a chat on the phone? I'm always here if you fancy a natter - DM me 👋🏼 - 30 minutes ago
