My #nemesis . My #goal . My white whale. My #dream . My #nightmare . The #beast I finally slayed.
Ever since the @tundrawintergames of 2018 I've wanted to get the "easy" goal of power cleaning 200 pounds. Many days working on my form. Endless nights rewatching my failures. Two hundred was only fifteen more pounds, but it might have well been fifteen thousand. The longest, most frustrating CrossFit goal I ever made. I can't count the times that I had to change the goal date, crossing of a month, and then eventually a year. Today, I conquered that goal. Today, I did something that, for so long, I wondered what I needed to do to "get there". The answer, you ask? Keep working, listen to coaches, listen to my body, keep working, record and watch my lifts, practice my form, keep working, focus on the small gains, KEEP WORKING!
