Find a healthcare provider that won’t make you stop running
This athlete came to me in a panic because of some running-related knee pain during her full marathon training. The last thing I wanted her to do was stop running. With some biomechanical adjustments (look at the window between her knees), manual therapy (dry needling & graston), and hip strengthening she is back on track.
Visit 1 (Day 1): Unable to run for longer than 1/4 mile due to knee pain.
