Place all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer on high speed for a few minutes, until thick and creamy! It’s ready when you have reached soft-medium peaks! Serve on top of iced milk ❤️❤️❤️

I stewed the flesh with honey and cinnamon and had it on a turmeric pancake(rice flower and flax seed flour are a great combo instead of plain flour).

With so many people stocking up on grains, I think people forget how absolutely important a good variety of fruit & veg is for our health, especially our immune system. 
Are you eating your 5 serves of veg a day?! We’re trying to reduce our need to go out food shopping so today we sat down & planned out our meals for the next two weeks! We always talk about doing this but don’t always have (make 🙄) the time! It’s been refreshing putting my time into this today 💚

Nourish bowls for days ✌🏻🌸 There is honestly no better time then now to start getting your health and immune system in check!! If what’s going in the world right now hasn’t got you thinking more about the strength of your immune system or your overall health - well you may want to start having a bit more of think about this aspect of your life. Because it is literally your whole life! And once you nail it you’ll never look back again! 🙏🏻✨ Here I’ve made Nourish bowls thrown together in seconds for our lunch today along with lunches for tomorrow. As work is still happening for us right now we are throwing in all the defence we can get to ward of any naties coming our way 🦠 🙅🏼‍♀️ My go to lunches for ease and nutrients packed full of goodness are. Some type of green + Sautéed veg from garden (her we had eggplant, sweet potato), any other veg you love! Remember variety is key not only to add more nutrients and array of them in your diet but when you start to learn more about fermented foods and the power of these foods in your life to SUPERCHARGE your immune systems (in end all systems in your body!) you need an array of different veggies to feed the microbiome (which lives inside your gut) to keep it flourishing and happy! Without going to deeply in it think of it like this your microbiome impacts all systems in your body, and is formed when you are little (the state of it depends on if you were breastfed, sucked on leaves and rocks, played in dirt ect) all of it impacted the microbiome you have now as an adult! Plants, grains ect are like food to your microbiome and feed it so that you have more good bacteria multiplying then not so good!! If this level gets thrown out of whack then your in for a world of health problems or risk of infection or disease. Your vagas nerve runs from your stomach to your brain and is one of the largest systems in the body. What you put in your mouth, affects your microbiome which in turn sends signals to the vagas nerve which leads directly to the brain!!! There is so much to say on this topic and I’ll try write another post on it in the future for y’all ❤️❤️ Until then. Eat fresh and get some probiotics!! X

True or False: celery will always be “dieting” food⠀

As someone who actually really likes celery, I’m going to say this is a big ol’ false! Now, if you’re only eating celery sticks or making celery juice (please tell me this is going away in 2020🙄) because some plan instructed you to do so, and you find you are suffering through each crunchy bite, then yep, that’s a gigantic red flag that celery has become a dieting food for you.⠀

But what if you intentionally choose to have celery in the house? I made a soup this weekend that called for about 1 stick of celery, but of course, I’m left with a whole bag of stalks. And truthfully I was actually pretty excited to have celery snacks for the week! I don’t mind the watery crunch of this vegetable, but to enjoy it even more I make sure to add FLAVOR that I love and more NUTRITION so that it becomes a snack that nourishes me, not punishes me 🥳⠀

Having some celery sticks with cream cheese and EBTB sprinkles or a healthy slathering of nut butter (would top with raisins if I had ‘em!) is a snack that I actually ENJOY and makes me feel pretty darn great. Danny prefers different crunchy snacks, so the rest of the stalk are all mine 🤗⠀
