Poha- 2 cups, Water, Wash it, Drain it.
Soak for 2 minutes,
Leave for 10 minutes,
Add salt - 1 tsp, Mix well.
Take 1 tsp oil, Mustard seeds- 1tsp, Curry leaves, 1 - onion, 1 - green chilli,
Fry it, Add 1/2 - Turmeric, Mix it.
Add poha ,
Mix well, Add lemon juice 1 tsp, Coriander, Cover for 2 min.
Serve hot with Garam Chai😍
Tip: Avoid adding fried peanuts or potatoes. You can add other vegetables like carrot, green peas, spring onions. Do use minimal oil🤗
