We all love sunflowers 🌻 but add sunflower seeds to your diet and it will give love back to your body. these seeds are great source of selenium, mangnesem and vitamin E which is great to build body's immunity at this difficult time. Along with being benificial for lowering blood sugar levels it contains linoleic fatty acids and a great anti-inflammatory food. HOW TO PLANK?⠀

The plank is one of the most commonly-performed exercises. However, many people sacrifice the form to increase the length of the plank. This defeats the purpose of the plank and does not work the abs.⠀

Your plank should look like a plank, (crazy coincidence with the name of the exercise) not the Himalayas.⠀

Some common mistakes include: looking up (puts pressure on your neck and spine), having a bent lower back (weight is on your back instead of your abs), bent knees and having your elbows in front of your shoulders.⠀

Sophie has changing her body composition by reducing body fat and increasing her Lean muscle mass at the same time. All her Oly lifting numbers, gymnastic movements and bench mark workout times have continued to improve throughout.

This has all been done at a steady sustainable pace with some lifestyle changes along the way that still have allowed her to live her life creating a good balance :)
