😱 Here’s a move you’ve probably never seen before to help relieve low back and hip tightness/pain 😱

When it comes to our hip flexors, there’s only so much stretching we can do before stretching stops working 😪 So here’s a move where you can activate AND release tension within the hip flexors (of which there are a few!) -
Make sure not to press too hard, this should feel good! Take it slow and feel it out. The fingers that anchor down the hip should be right in the hip crease in front and below of the pelvic bone 👏 Do this movement 15-20 times/set for 2 sets!
As always, if this causes you pain, decrease the range of movement. If pain persists, stop the exercise! 🤗 - 3 hours ago
