Cinnamon banana porridge! 🤩🤩
Recently I found myself very unmotivated to get things done. I was slacking. I didn’t have a clear planning, nor a clear deadline (because it has been extended), so I had no idea what I was working towards🤷🏻♀️.
Today, I received an email with a clearer deadline. I also discovered my love for Jazz music again🥰. It puts me in an amazing flow of focus! I’ve been longing for that for so long.
So, Mel is back on track with her study again. Well, on the road of getting back on track, let’s put it like that. But I’m so happy! I made a planning, I know when I have to do what… which has been such a relief. I’m still unsure if I can do it, but I will do my best!! 💪🏼💪🏼
I’ve also been eating more! And it really - genuinely - shows. I sleep better, I am in a better mood, and my thoughts have been a lot better. Eating is so important, I cannot stress that enough🧡🧡
- 1 serving of porridge oats
- 200 ml liquid (milk/water)
- 1/2 mashed banana
Prepare the porridge as per usual. Then, add in the mashed banana and put it back into the microwave for about 1 minute. Make sure to watch it carefully so it doesn’t explode.
- 1/2 banana
- Peanut butter
- A chocolate flower
- Some chocolate sprinkles!
