Cinnamon banana porridge! 🤩🤩⁣

Recently I found myself very unmotivated to get things done. I was slacking. I didn’t have a clear planning, nor a clear deadline (because it has been extended), so I had no idea what I was working towards🤷🏻‍♀️.⁣
⁣
Today, I received an email with a clearer deadline. I also discovered my love for Jazz music again🥰. It puts me in an amazing flow of focus! I’ve been longing for that for so long. ⁣
⁣
So, Mel is back on track with her study again. Well, on the road of getting back on track, let’s put it like that. But I’m so happy! I made a planning, I know when I have to do what… which has been such a relief. I’m still unsure if I can do it, but I will do my best!! 💪🏼💪🏼⁣

I’ve also been eating more! And it really - genuinely - shows. I sleep better, I am in a better mood, and my thoughts have been a lot better. Eating is so important, I cannot stress that enough🧡🧡⁣

Porridge ⁣⁣
- 1 serving of porridge oats ⁣⁣
- 200 ml liquid (milk/water)⁣
- 1/2 mashed banana⁣
⁣
Prepare the porridge as per usual. Then, add in the mashed banana and put it back into the microwave for about 1 minute. Make sure to watch it carefully so it doesn’t explode. ⁣

- A chocolate flower⁣

Porridge!!! Who likes porridge by itself?🤢 I actually hate the taste of porridge alone so I always overload it with some form of spread, usually peanut butter 💛💛 .
Oatmeal is such a good healthy breakfast and a post workout meal! After a workout I stock up on lots protein and carbs and oatmeal is a great way to do this.

Here I’ve got: 
50g porridge oats 
Milk
Handful of raisins 
Cinnamon 
Peanut butter 
Crumbled digestive biscuit 🍪

I wanted it to taste yummy so I added the biscuit so the chocolate would melt 🤤 and oh my was delicious and not even unhealthy, TRY IT!!

Ik dacht dat ik sterker dan ze was. Had er nooit zo veel last van namelijk, tot een ruime week geleden. Mijn moeder haar gezondheid gaat wat achteruit, waardoor ze wat adviezen van de dokter heeft gekregen. Die adviezen laten mij ontzettend twijfelen aan mijn eigen eet- en leefpatroon en maken me heel onzeker. De eetstoornis maakt hier flink gebruik van en staat 24/7 aan in mijn hoofd. Ik probeer ze te filteren en te relativeren, maar mennnnn wat een strijd. Wat is waar? Wat moet ik geloven? Waar doe ik goed aan? Geldt dit ook voor mij, of maak ik dat er zelf van? Sommige dingen klinken zó logisch.. CHAOS!

Creamy coconut overnight oatmeal topped with apricot, blackberries and raspberries 🥣🤩.
So delicious and it keeps me full and going all morning 🌞
To make this I used:
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/2 cup oatmilk🥛
• 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt 🥥 • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut 🥥
• 1 tbsp chiaseeds
I put everything together in a cute little jar give it a good stir and place it in the fridge overnight. The next morning I'll get my favourite fruits 🍑🍒🍓🍇 and some other toppings I fancy 🥰.
Oh and I always use the @bonnemaman_nl jars for my overnight oats because they are too cute 😍. Don't you think?

I had a tiny bit of cocoa powder left in my jar, but it wasn’t enough to make sweet treats like brownies or cupcakes. So I decided to use in my oatmeal! My nectarine today was super soft, so I cooked only half of it and left the other half to decorate my plate🥰 I also had some cherries and apples. It was delish!
