GAME PLAN FOR WINTER OFF-SEASON..
During winter, it’s really come to bulk for 95% of people and this is where your summer body is going to be made.
I built my body I have right now during 2018’s winter and into 2019 summer.
Fucking take yourself off cruise control mode, and have a think of what your gym plan is looking like right now!!
Ensure your training plan is set up for you to succeed. You could be making massive mistakes right now I’ve seen some stupid and shit training plans recently training only 2 times per week and avoiding legs and minimal effort in them.
Breaking down your time and basic plan below..
3 times per week people - Do 3 full body workouts.
4 times per week people- Upper / Lower x 2
5 times per week people- Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Lower
6 times per week people- Push Pull Legs x 2
So that’s the frequency you need to aim for depending on time available.
On to which muscle groups should be focused in your training sessions..
Take a look at your body in the mirror, your end goal is sculpting a body you fucking love !!!
What makes you unhappy/ what do you think needs improving.
Have a think.. and make that a priority for your sessions doing it 3 x a week
Target that muscle group and progress your lifts on it with weight, reps and intensity.
Weekly photos is a must, especially when a bulk doesn’t really have an end -date.
THE PHOTOS WILL ENSURE YOU WILL NOT GO REALLY FAT.
If you are going pear shaped, seriously I’d call it an end to your bulk, mini cut and then go from there.
Monitor your physique every week, make sure what you are doing is giving you visual changes in a GOOD WAY. - 5 days ago
