Day 25 dinner - create your own omelette & roast cauliflower salad
Swipe to a see a pic of Ben's dinner at work, he had to eat his salad in two portions as it was overloaded on his plate to start with!
I was so close to caving in and having some cheesey, buttery pasta but managed to stay strong and went with an omlette that fitted the create your own macros.
Nothing at all exciting!
We both had the oatmeal raisin smoothie which is so good! We didn't have any bananas but the swaps tool said we could have honey instead so it was ideal for my sweet tooth!
I then had roast cauliflower salad for lunch, and Ben had saag paneer.
The cauli one is easy to do as a minimal washing up dinner so deffo wins that category even if Ben struggles to eat it all😂
Been rubbish posting this week as been a little manic in life and not sure it's appropriate to post on a public insta. Should be back to normal soon though!
And this is our last proper week of cycle 1 which is mad! But excited for what cycle 3 has to bring!
