This is to represent the other side:
Strong minded, getting nearly all the time the long path and avoiding the easy shortcut.
Strong sense of responsibility, eager (sometimes too eager) to get things done.
You have got the message, I am sure.
One needs the other ( I mean my first post) to create a life where prana pulses - because it does - with all my experiences -
but flowing smoothly without excesses in any sides.
That is the DAILY exercise that includes diet, relationships, work... .
It is a thin line - stress out body and mind consistently and you will end up dwelling with sukha’s evil twin dukha, or “bad space.” You will become increasingly exhaustive, reactive, and impatient. Eventually you will fall ill.
It doesn’t matter if you think you have a “balanced” life if you don’t have a balanced DIET.
Think diet as your FUEL for prana - you need fuel to breathe, move, think practice, work ...
Start creating good space from what you eat, the rest will follow.
