How deep should you squat?
Here’s a simple drill to figure your current squat depth (can be improved, more on that later)

At the bottom of your squat position, your pelvis may turn under called “butt winking” . And instead of having tension through your lower body, which is what you want, the tension is transferred to your low back....FYI, not great
