1. Start intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast daily (break-fast: get it 😂) and only eat in a 6 hour window between 2-8 pm.
2. Juicing will rapidly increase the potency of your fast and will push your immune system reset. The less food you can take in the more you will be resting your digestive system.
3. Eat mono meals - only 1 kind of food. Fruits and veggies are most dense with nutrients. Always organic. Fruit is more cleansing. Veggies are more sustaining.
4. Less is more. Only eat to the point of sustaining the body, not giving in to the ego wanting to consume more than needed.
5. Go as raw as possible as cooked foods burn off vital nutrients your body needs while fasting
