BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) have become a very popular supplement as of late. Many people are convinced that you absolutely need it in order to recover properly, but the truth is, as long as you are consuming enough protein each day, then BCAA's really aren't necessary to have.

The only times they may serve useful is in the following situations:
1) You train fasted
2) You are in a caloric deficit
3) You simply want to add some flavor to your water

Now, that being said, you don't NEED BCAA's in those scenarios, but they can be helpful.

Andere machen ihr Home workout mit Wasser Flaschen und so... ich hab es lieber etwas schwerer... mit Metall und geklapper...
Training ist vielleicht etwas umständlicher als im fitti und man kann nicht alles machen wie sonst dafür kann man auch mal wieder etwas mehr regenerieren in dem man mal etwas weniger trainiert😉 
Oder man drückt wie ich einfach 140kg schön locker über Kopf🤗

210lbs for sets of triples today. I salute everyone who is now waking up at 5 am to get lifts in or to those who transported equipment to their home or those who even bought equipment just to stay consistent in their goals. To those who pivoted and have found innovative ways to stay active and help inspire others.  I think this time has exposed the dedicated and I also think this time highlighted weaknesses as well.  I’m grateful if for anything I’m grateful for that.  I am so impressed by so many people including myself at this time. It’s never been easier to say screw it.
