29/66 - Sumo Deadlift 1RM Test
This was my first time testing my sumo 1RM (1 Rep Max) since I switched conventional deadlifts for sumo deadlifts 6 weeks ago!
Was going for 190kg but there was a slight mistake in which 200kg was put on the bar before my attempt, but it doesn’t matter. 170kg for 1RM on sumo is still an amazing achievement and 100% hitting that 190 in 6 weeks time!
Don’t ever see failures as a bad thing. See them as an opportunity to learn and better yourself!
