The real struggle begins the moment i got to know the fact. The hormones plays a vital role. A substantial change happened in my diet when i settled in Kuwait. Since my husband is foodie he took me to almost all the restaurants. Dine out is the only entertainment here(kuwait folks can relate). I was gaining so much weight. 
My period cycles were so intact, it does not lag even a day but acne was constant🤷‍♀️
.Happiness of pregnancy news subsided with the PCOD news.I was drowned in depression. My husband and mom in law got my back at every stage of it.Pregnant and following a diet is really challenging . I had all the sweet cravings. I followed the diet and lost almost 10 kgs in less than a month. Chai without sugar is something so heartbreaking. I got through it, so bravely.

Few days later i had bleeding and we rushed to the hospital. I thought i have almost lost my baby.
Doctor prescribed  for a sugar checkup and turned positive. 
PCOD led me to gestational diabetics too.
I started walking 2 kilometers a day✅. My mom in love and sister accompanied me . Every thing went smooth then .
Walking really helped me to stay healthy throughout the pregnancy. More of veggies and fruits and staying away from sugar is my take on PCOD.

I am so grateful for my mom in love who made healthy but tasty food for me😘. She was my strongest support and i miss her so much.

In short:
A healthy diet
A healthy mind

1st ingredient in PCOS series is funnel seeds (saunf) and ginger .. It is useful to cure PCOS... Take it at empty stomach early in morning... It will significantly reduces your weight and works on hormones.. Soak 1 tablespoon funnel seeds overnight take 1 inch ginger cut into pieces roughly.. take 2cups of water  add above ingredients and bring it to boil. Reduce it to 1 cup  then strain it. PCOD PLATE SHOULD HAVE:

1. One half non starchy vegetables like Carrots, peas, broccoli, lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cauliflower, celery, spinach.

2.  One quater proteins (options shared in previous post)

3.One quater-carbohydrates(options shared in previous post)

This is Everything. It’s so simple & logical. Think about it, if you are eating consciously & eating the right foods do you think you need to be counting the calories? If you’re on a plant-based diet centred around wholesome fruits & vegetables with the correct proportion of protein as well as the right amount of “good carbs” you wouldn’t find yourself counting & calculating calories with all those fancy apps that are just minting money off people who are calorie obsessed. .
.
Whether you’re eating just because you “have calories left,” even though you’re not truly hungry, or you’re not eating because you’ve “gone over” your calorie allotment for the day, but you’re actually still hungry, you’re ignoring what your body is trying to tell you. Also, those believing the misconception of “you can burn off what you eat”, Nope. Your body doesn’t burn off food calorie-for-calorie like that. .

You don’t really know how many calories your body is absorbing from food, Everything from fibre content to gut bacteria to how the food is processed plays a part in how many calories you derive from it.
each person will absorb a different amount of calories from the same exact food. .

Food labels are never accurate and leave a 20% margin for error. Furthermore you can’t ever really know what your exact calorie Requirment is & unless you’ve done indirect calorimetry, which is a long process involving a machine & you being hooked up to it with a mask to calculate your daily intake requirement accurately. You’ve probably not done this & therefore don’t know your exact calorie requirement.  So those apps and graphs aren’t accurate either. .

It is also Important to address eating mindfully and chewing slowly to keep you fuller and appreciate what you’re eating. If you eat a balanced diet, your body will respond by finding its balance, no calorie counting required. .
Just Eat Clean. .
