📊 Usem e abusem deste movimento mas foquem no que querem alongar realmente. Aqui podemos ver duas variações, sendo que uma ❌ e outra ✅ no sentido que queremos dar clara evidência no alongamento do peitoral de forma mais correta e eficaz.

❌ Como podem ver no vídeo na primeira fase, ao colocarem o braço completamente estendido, irão sentir sim um pouco o peitoral e braço mas desta forma também uma pressão indesejada no ombro, devido à grande alavanca do braço com o cotovelo reto trancado. Usando grande rotação e inclinações na coluna irá proporcionar um alinhamento corporal não adequado e forçando ainda mais o ombro (mais a região anterior).

✅ Coloque o braço a 90 graus sensivelmente, aplique a zona do cotovelo e braço na superfície, sinta logo um alongamento leve no peitoral e sem irritação no ombro, faça um ligeiro avanço do tronco a frente com ligeira rotação aumentando assim a intensidade. Faça 5 a 8 respirações profundas e aproveite a sensação.

⚠️ Não exagerar na aplicação da força de forma a não pressionar demasiado o ombro e sentir sim, cada vez mais e profundamente o peitoral.
⚠️ Aconselho também, colocarem a perna ligeiramente a frente para dar mais estabilidade ao movimento.

先日、JALが客室乗務員のヒール着用が必須ではなくなったニュースがありましたね!
いよいよ明日から施行されます👠
(※KuToo運動を否定する気はなく、一つの意見が世の中を動かす出来事になったのはすばらしいことだと思います)


私はヒール着用が強制、うんぬんかんぬんに口出しする気は無いし、企業が強制ではなくす。と言った以上、それで話は終わりだと思っています。

ただ、ヒールで歩く、を自由に。とうたっているので、
論点はそこなのかな?と、感じました。
【身体の機能面】から見た、論点を少しズラしてお話ししようと思います🎶



先に言うと、私は高さ12.5cmのヒールを履けます👠

『男はヒール履いたことないんだから、女の気持ちは分かるわけない。』という意見は一刀両断します。

✨自身で検証済み✨
1日に9時間履き続け、そのままレッスンをしました。
(7時間分)
そして、外(アスファルト上)や坂道もヒールを履いたまま歩く練習をしても、、
・つま先の痛み
・ふくらはぎの疲れ
・靴擦れ  etc

全くありませんでした❗️ と、前置きをした上で話します。



2つの側面から話を進めていきますが、今日は①のみ📕

まず1つ目、、



《①ヒールを履いて辛くさせているのは誰のせいか?》

A,当然【自分自身】です。



ヒール履く=苦痛(kutoo)
※kutoo...《苦痛》と《Metoo運動》の造語


ヒール履く=疲れるなどの悪影響が及ぶ


って、本当なの?
それ誰が決めたの??

私は最初に言い出した人に世の女性が賛同し合っていく中で、


《ヒール=疲れる靴》


というレッテルが貼られただけだと思っていて。



そもそもそれに見合う

【履くための機能改善】
【履きこなせるコツ】

を学んでいるの?でしょうか。


3,4cm履いて疲れて悲鳴あげてるのって、自分の身体がどれだけ劣化しているかお気付きですか💦?



それを勉強せずに、


「ヒール履くと疲れるし、作業効率が落ちちゃう。
だから、ヒール着用の強制は止めて。」


となっているのなら、その前にもう少しやれることあったのではないかな?


とは思いますが、結果企業側が折れる形になったわけなのでそこは良いですね。

#KuToo    先日、JALが客室乗務員のヒール着用が必須ではなくなったニュースがありましたね! いよいよ明日から施行されます👠 (※KuToo運動を否定する気はなく、一つの意見が世の中を動かす出来事になったのはすばらしいことだと思います)   私はヒール着用が強制、うんぬんかんぬんに口出しする気は無いし、企業が強制ではなくす。と言った以上、それで話は終わりだと思っています。  ただ、ヒールで歩く、を自由に。とうたっているので、 論点はそこなのかな?と、感じました。 【身体の機能面】から見た、論点を少しズラしてお話ししようと思います🎶    先に言うと、私は高さ12.5cmのヒールを履けます👠  『男はヒール履いたことないんだから、女の気持ちは分かるわけない。』という意見は一刀両断します。  ✨自身で検証済み✨ 1日に9時間履き続け、そのままレッスンをしました。 (7時間分) そして、外(アスファルト上)や坂道もヒールを履いたまま歩く練習をしても、、 ・つま先の痛み ・ふくらはぎの疲れ ・靴擦れ  etc  全くありませんでした❗️ と、前置きをした上で話します。    2つの側面から話を進めていきますが、今日は①のみ📕  まず1つ目、、    《①ヒールを履いて辛くさせているのは誰のせいか?》  A,当然【自分自身】です。    ヒール履く=苦痛(kutoo) ※kutoo...《苦痛》と《Metoo運動》の造語   ヒール履く=疲れるなどの悪影響が及ぶ   って、本当なの? それ誰が決めたの??  私は最初に言い出した人に世の女性が賛同し合っていく中で、   《ヒール=疲れる靴》   というレッテルが貼られただけだと思っていて。    そもそもそれに見合う  【履くための機能改善】 【履きこなせるコツ】  を学んでいるの?でしょうか。   3,4cm履いて疲れて悲鳴あげてるのって、自分の身体がどれだけ劣化しているかお気付きですか💦?    それを勉強せずに、   「ヒール履くと疲れるし、作業効率が落ちちゃう。 だから、ヒール着用の強制は止めて。」   となっているのなら、その前にもう少しやれることあったのではないかな?   とは思いますが、結果企業側が折れる形になったわけなのでそこは良いですね。    次回は、、  【CAさんがヒールを履く必要性👠】  という点から話してみます☺️    =========================== 東京都港区白金台5-2-5-402 ◼︎HEEL WALKING TECHNOLOGY STUDIO BEMINE◼︎  〜ヒールで歩く、を自由に〜 〜日本唯一のパーソナルピラティス定額制スタジオ〜 ===========================   #BEMINE #ビーマイン  #personaltraining #パーソナルトレーニング  #pilates #ピラティス  #studio #スタジオ  #heel #ヒール  #港区 #白金 #白金台 #白金高輪  #麻布 #広尾 #恵比寿  #プラチナ通り #外苑西通り   #レッスン料金  #定額制  #サブスクリプション   #kutoo  #jal #ana  #ca #キャビンアテンダント - 2 minutes ago
