🌱 Chopped nuts or seeds on a salad
Adding some nuts and seeds to your meals, especially on Meatless Monday, can help boost the amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. 🤩 For example, add nuts and seeds to your salad, breakfast cereal, yoghurt, curry or stir fry.
Tahini can also be used as a salad dressing!
