Roasted Cauliflower & Chickpea Shawarma Wraps 🥙😍

Recipe: 1 lb cauliflower small florets, 1 can of chickpeas drained, rinsed, & dried, 1 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, coriander, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp each of cinnamon, ginger powder, black pepper, 1/8 tsp of cayenne, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup non dairy plain yogurt, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tbl of fresh dill ( sub dried dill weed to taste), 1 mini cucumber grated with water squeezed out using kitchen towel, s/p to taste

1️⃣ In a medium bowl combine chickpeas & cauliflower.
2️⃣ In a small bowl combine spices, oil, and lemon mix well
3️⃣ Pour mix over veggies till everything is coated
4️⃣ On a parchment lined large baking sheet, roast chickpeas & cauliflower at 425 F for 25-30 Rotating and flipping half way through
6️⃣ Meanwhile, make tzatziki sauce, combine all ingredients, mix well
7️⃣ Wrap up in your favorite wrap style bread (sara used pita) drizzle with tzatziki sauce. you can also add pickled red onions, cucumbers, pickles, hummus, & some parsley. Enjoy!

chocolate oat cookies !! 🍫

super easy and fun recipe, it's really fast to make and soooo good 🤤 I was craving something sweet, chocolatey and filling so I made these amazing oat cookies! it takes less than 15 minutes and you only need 5 ingredients!! ✌️🌱

what you need:
.
oats
cacao powder
maca powder
coconut sugar
plant milk (you can use a ripe banana as well, you might have to add some water)
salt
.
1. preheat oven to 175 C.
2. add every to a bowl, mix well and add a little bit of salt. not too much!
3. leave in oven for about 7 minutes then flip sides. leave in oven for another 3-5 minutes.
4. enjoy! 🍫

Los hay de varios tipos y son una de las vedette de la cocina mediterránea

Hoy es uno de los principales ingredientes de #plantbaseddiet por sus enormes propiedades nutritivas.
Es una semilla por lo tanto SE ACTIVA 🌱.. ya nuestras abuelas las ponían en remojo toda la noche, y también se sugiere hacerlo por 24hs.
Se hierven hasta que queden blandos, HACELO CON ESPECIAS !! Laurel, mix pimientas...etc!

TIP. podes hacer una buena cantidad y envasar en frasco, con más condimentos: CURCUMA PIMENTÓN PAPRIKA. Agregale semillas CHIA SESAMO, ACEITE DE OLIVA, apenas lo sacas en caliente y lo pones boca abajo hasta enfriar. Duran 15 DIAS. y así tenés TODOS LOS nutrientes🤗🤗 OPCIÓN 2. una pasta de garbanzos en 2 MIN y con TUTTI: limón aceite de oliva ... más condimentos (los mismos del frasco!) .. mix pimientas, ají molido.  No es el HUMMUS original, pero RICO Y NUTRITIVO!!

🌱Dish: Chocolate Pudding Terrarium

A returning favorite gets a slight tweak at the 2020 Epcot International 🌺 Flower & Garden Festival.

This is the Chocolate Pudding Terrarium from the Trowel & Trellis Outdoor Kitchen in Showcase Plaza.

The dish is completely vegan as-is and is composed of vegan chocolate 🍫 avocado 🥑 cream topped with matcha crumb and edible 🌸 flowers.

This year the chefs did away with the chia seeds and added a vegan crumble to the base of the dish.

The 🌐 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival runs March 4th through June 1st. #FreshEpcot

Onde mora o seu equilíbrio🌈
Quando eu tirei essa foto eu ri sozinha pensando em quão paradoxal ela parecia. Depois percebi que olhar a vida dessa forma é pra mim o caminho da sanidade. Em outros momentos da minha vida eu pensaria: já que tô bebendo vou me entupir de batata frita, Foda-se! E esse foda-se tinha menos a ver com a comida e muito mais comigo e com o meu estado de foda-se a minha saúde, meu autocuidado, meu carinho comigo. Hoje eu posso pertencer aos dois mundos e entender que a cerveja não anula minha salada e que minha salada não me anula. Todos essas escolhas me compõe e me trazem pro que é o meu equilíbrio hoje. Curtir uma praia com meus amigos, sorrir, mergulhar, gargalhar e encontrar paz no meu equilíbrio.
