Früher dachte ich immer es ist schwer vegan zu kochen und das die Leute die sich so ernähren im Geld schwimmen müssen. Mittlerweile ist vegane Ernährung die pflanzlich basiert ist so viel günstiger als omnivore Ernährung. Heute gab es Brokoli mit Veganer buaffelo sauce dazu Kartoffeln und einer chilli ahron Sirup Curry sauce.

🎂Raw Vegan Tiramisu
...ada yang kangen sama Tiramisu gaaa??? .

Dessert khas Italy ini biasanya dibuat dari keju mascarpone, krim susu sapi,  telur dengan campuran coklat, aroma kopi dan rasanya yang manis, makanya buat para vegan ga bisa makan tiramisu. 😅

Duh, saya dulu sebelum jadi vegan suka banget makan tiramisu.  Belakangan kangen mau makan Tiramisu. 🧘‍♀️
.
.
❤Dengan senang sekali, saya buat kue Tiramisu versi sehat. 
Tiramisu ini 100% berbahan tumbuhan dan  tanpa di masak / di panggang.

1.  Lapisan paling bawah dibuat dari tepung almond yang sudah di aktifkan dengan pemanis dari kurma.  Di lapisan ini ada aroma kopi dari espresso.

2.  Lapisan ke 2 dari coklat :) juga dengan pemanis dari kurma.  Tanpa mentega. Hanya dari tepung raw cacao, susu almond dan irish moss sebagai bahan utama di lapisan ini. .

TERNYATA!!
☝️ Tahu ga, Irish moss itu rumput laut yang mengandung 92  dari 102 macam mineral yang dibutuhkan tubuh kita. 
BRAVO .

3.  Lapisan paling atas itu cream dengan aroma vanilla.  Saya memakai Vanilla extract hasil buatan saya sendiri dirumah.  Aromanya menurut saya cukup kuat.  Pemanis di lapisan ini menggunakan palm nectar.

Salah satu prinsip hidup sehat adalah makan makanan yang tidak mengandung bahan kimia, atau perasa buatan.

Rasa creamynya benar-benar berasa. 
Kue Tiramisu ini:
•Vegan
•tanpa di panggang
•bebas gluten
•tanpa susu sapi
•bebas casein
•bebas gula pasir
•hanya memakai pemanis rendah glycemix index
• tanpa mentega dari susu sapi

Dibuat oleh chef khusus makanan raw vegan.

Breakfast time is bringing out the flavours I like and that's savoury with some sweet added in there, its so subtle that it just works for me.

chopped herbs (for garnish)⠀

1 sweet potato (approx. 12 oz)⠀
½ tbsp olive oil or coconut oil⠀
1 onion chopped⠀
2 cloves garlic chopped⠀
½ cup soaked cashews (75 g) or cashew butter (or sub coconut cream)⠀
2/3 cup water (160 ml)⠀
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (optional)⠀
