PORRIDGE LOVER
Vario sempre la mia colazione, tra le mie preferite (a parte quella a base di uovo o pancake) c'è il porridge. Lo faccio variando il tipo di frutta, di semi oppure lo faccio a base di latte di avena o latte vaccino o metto del cioccolato fondente. C'è chi lo ama (come me), chi non lo sopporta, perché disabituata al sapore vero del cibo, al dolce dato solo dalla frutta, in quanto ha le papille gustative addormentate da "cappuccio e brioche" o "biscotti uno tira l'altro". Resta comunque ribadito che è un ottimo modo per arrivare non troppo affamati a pranzo, se si salta lo spuntino mattutino.
Se non si ama la consistenza, esiste anche la versione "cotta in forno", il risultato è una sorta di tortina salutare, a tal propositi è possibile aggiungere 1 uovo sbattuto o dell'albume (non da brick)
Ecco alcune idee:
1) Porridge di avena con latte di avena, banana schiacciata, mix di semi, 2 prugne secche e cannella
2) porridge di avena come la ricetta precedente, ma al cioccolato fondente
3) porridge di muesli al naturale, latte vaccino, mela, semi di chia, cannella
4) porridge di avena al cioccolato con banana, semi di chia

I fell out of love with porridge for almost a year, but this combo was incredible! The addition of yogurt (inspired by loads of other posts I’ve seen - thank you 🙌) was a great move, and I love the flavour boost from the almond butter and berries!

La avena es el carbohidrato que más consumo. No puede faltar nunca en mi alimentación. La utilizo para hacer pancakes, cookies, budines, panes, tartas, pero sobre todo para mis bowls de avena cocida. 🥞🍪🍞🍌
