This item is a black-and-white photograph of a man wearing yukata, sitting cross-legged on the floor and smiling. On the reverse, there is Japanese writing that reads, translated, "They are having hot dogs". There is a radio on the table. Given the date, they are likely listening to a radio broadcast of the 1936 Berlin Olympics, as the caption for 2018-05-01-26-002 indicates.
