Recipe : 2 eggs; 400g 🍓; everything at room temperature; mix egg yolks fast with 2 spoonful of sugar free lemon curd until creamy; shake strawberries until liquid ; mix eggs+strawberries delicately. Fast mix egg whites with s pinch of salt and a drop of lemon juice until fluffy and firm foam . Delicately mix whites+strawberry cream with a non metal scoop moving slow from bottom up until all even.
Grease with coconut butter a round baking mold and sprinkle with coconut flour then pour the concoction and put in a pre heated oven at 180°C . Watch it Meditate it until you see it levitating and be ready for the bliss. It only lasts a moment, BUT you can control and extend it by compensating the hyperventilation while you ate it with equal amount of time of hypoventilation by Humming mmmmmmm with the nose .
