Woke up this morning and noticed I can finally take deep breath without coughing🙏🏻 that means I can start my days with Pranayama, breathing techniques.Pranayama gives us the power to change the way we feel, and shows us that we can find bliss in the present moment, simply by conscious focus on the breath.
🙏🏻
My 3 favourite techniques 
1. Bring your breathing into your awareness and follow it. As the breath flows out and in, learn to sense the experience of breathing and the small variations that take place in breath flow. Notice whether your breathing is comfortable or uncomfortable. Change your posture. Feel the sensation of breath in your new position. Notice any sighing or unusual breaths. Don’t be alarmed by them—just notice them

2.Nadi Sodhana, alternate nostril breathing helps the practitioner breathe steadily and calmly. This practice is mostly used to purify and balance the psychic channels. It brings a great sense of calm to mind and body.

practice Nadi Shodhana, place the right hand in Vishnu Mudra (fold the index and the middle fingers to the palm)and inhale slowly through the left nostril.
Keep the right nostril closed with the right thumb. Close the left nostril with the ring finger and immediately open the right nostril and exhale. Inhale through the right nostril. Keep the left nostril closed with the right finger. Exhale through the left nostril. Immediately release the right finger and close the right nostril with the thumb

3.Kapalabhati or Skull Shining
This practice has a slightly more noticeable effect than Nadi Shodhana and leaves the practitioner feeling blissed out. Inhalation and exhalation is performed much faster than our previous Pranayama technique. Terrified by such speed, toxins quickly rush to escape the system, creating a heightened cleansing and detoxifying effect on the body.

Before beginning this practice, first clean the nasal passages by gently blowing your nose so the air can flow through the nostrils freely. Inhale steady and pump the breath out vigorously through the nostrils.

French cuisine is all about alchemic connection and mix of different states of energy: chemistry, temperature and pressure. Just like our most vital function, breathing, which is not just air and oxygen but also CO2 ,NO and their connection in the right quantity in the right order, with the right rythm , in flow, at the right time, which is limited because everything changes and NOW, as the peak of the levitation lasts only a moment and you must be ready. Like the Soufflè: you don't  get it fluffy and light just by mixing cold eggs. PRANAYAMA IS THE SOUFFLÈ of yoga: the art of delicate, calm control of the energy flow, regardless of the stress around. You can RE-LIVE AND LEVITATE like the Tibetan Monks 👳‍♀️👳‍♂️who where seen running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ hundreds miles as light as feathers levitating (the GumLong Pa) on my Fbk page , OR start imitating and visualizing observing levitation by making this light, energetic Strawberry Soufflè . Recipe : 2 eggs; 400g 🍓; everything at room temperature; mix egg yolks fast with 2 spoonful of sugar free lemon curd until creamy; shake strawberries until liquid ; mix eggs+strawberries delicately. Fast mix egg whites with s pinch of salt and a drop of lemon juice until fluffy and firm foam . Delicately mix whites+strawberry cream with a non metal scoop moving slow from bottom up until all even. 
Grease with coconut butter a round baking mold and sprinkle with coconut flour then pour the concoction and put in  a pre heated oven at 180°C . Watch it Meditate it until you see it levitating and  be ready for the bliss. It only lasts a moment, BUT you can control and extend it by compensating the hyperventilation while you ate it with equal amount of time of hypoventilation by Humming mmmmmmm with the nose . There is so much to say about the deeply-rooted ancient tradition. Surya Namaskar translates from Sanskrit to “Sun Prostrations." Traditionally one rose early, at the time of the rising sun to do them. This yogic exercise has been practiced for thousands of years and consists of twelve asanas, one following the other in a cyclic order. Sun Salutations are an integral part of classic Hatha and Vinyasa practices but you will encounter many variations depending on the lineage, tradition, teacher, and ability. There are 3 formal versions of Surya Namaskar, A, B and C.  Surya namaskar can represent the entire practice or can be used as warm up or integrated within other yoga postures.  An important tradition of practicing 108 Sun Salutations at one time is used by many to celebrate major celestial events, like the equinox or changing of seasons. .
