This lady, @tashideley , once shared the phase “positive positioning” with me, and it has stuck with me ever since. The simple (yet not natural) practice of replacing our negative thoughts and words with positive phrases.
For instance, have you ever said to your partner, “You never do XYZ.” What if, instead, you said, ‘I would LOVE it if you did XYZ more—it makes me feel loved!”
