Fermented green tomatoes. 🏺 
Inspired by a story I heard about fermented green tomatoes from @cornersmith
I used green cherry tomatoes and Roma’s, thinly sliced and placed in little jars around 175-250ml. Eat jar had a teaspoon or so of yellow mustard seeds, a clove of thinly sliced garlic, 1/2 a teaspoon or so of crack black pepper and then filled to the brim with a 3% salt brine (water weight to salt ie. 1000kg Water = 30g salt). Lids go on tightly and then they go on my fermenting shelves in the back room for 4 weeks at least. When they are ready to eat they taste like salami - no joke. They’re a great fermented condiment with anything.

You can feel confident that you are doing the safest thing for your pets when using doTERRA. 🙊 Remember, Animals don’t do well with synthetics. They are the ones that are walking around in their bare feet on the floor (or counters) after the house is cleaned, so use DIYs or #On #Guard concentrate. 🐎 Dilution with pets: conservative ratio for very small animals or cats would be a 1:3 ratio = 3-6 drops in 10ml.
Or for larger animals, 3 drops to one teaspoon carrier (60lb dog) 🐰 Is #melaleuca ( tea tree ) safe? Small cats and dogs #metabolize tea tree differently than the other oils. It takes longer to excrete from their system. Better to just use something else. 🐴 #Geranium or arborvitae are great options with pets as an alternative to melaleuca. 🐮 #Arborvitae, #geranium, #lemongrass, #Cedarwood, rosemary for #ticks and #fleas. Or just use #Terrashield. 😉 🦁 For cats switch out citrus and use higher dilution.  For example, use lemongrass instead of lemon. 🐻 Great places to apply oils is paws of feet, on belly, AGAINST the grain of the hair, and on ear tips. **Use caution when applying to ear tips because dogs will shake their heads and smack the oils into their eyes. 🐯 Animal #Owie spray: #Myrrh for cleansing and soothing, #lavender, #Frankincense, geranium and helichrysum.
