I look at this picture of my mom and I, outside, we were roaming around the streets in Goa and I loved the colours on this locked door, and we were just being silly.
Now I'm sitting here thinking about how life is reversed. We're on the other side now, behind locked doors, for all the right reasons but nevertheless, locked in.
I'm not an extrovert, per se, but I do enjoy going out with my family regularly.
But, being indoors all the time, together has taught us all some important lessons. The men in the family have stepped up and shared more than equal responsibilities, we've been cooking each and every meal at home, eating healthy, learning to be a team, understanding new things about each other.
It's important to know what matters. Going out is not the key, being together is.
I know this a temporary bump in the road and it too shall soon pass. But, when this is over, I know we'll come out stronger.
The more we look at it positively, the more we grow. Anyway, there is no use crying over spilled milk (unless it's chocolate milk, coz then all bets are off). Till then, onwards and upwards. Wait scratch that, don't go onwards to anywhere. Stay indoors and stay safe! #KudiHighOnLife 💙🤗
