Upper body this fine Monday morning 💪🏼

1️⃣ Dumbbell bench press (generally I use a barbell on Monday’s and fridays but got there a little late so needed to compromise for time) warm up to the 60s, then 3x20 superset w/ 3x15 dumbbell rear flys
-
2️⃣ Cable rope lat pull downs 4x10 superset w/ 4x10 cable single arm front raises

3️⃣ Regular grip lat pull downs 4x12 superset w/ amrap of the first video- pike pushups (trying to keep my hips as in line as possible)

4️⃣ Close grip lat pull downs 3x15 superset w/ seated single arm dumbbell overhead press 3x12

5️⃣ Circuit 4x12 of everything: regular back extensions, single arm cable chest fly’s, rope bicep curls, rope triceps extensions -
6️⃣ Handstand work because I will have handstand push-ups before the end of this year 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
