Knowing your (temporary!) limits!
It’s been ages since I’ve done DT 🙌🏻 I thought, oh yeh I’ll whack 10’s on my 20kg bar ‘cause deadlifts 💁🏼♀️🤣 but a quick test run revealed my push press isn’t 40kg worthy! It’s a good one to test your ego for sure! 🤣
Getting to know your *current* limits through experimenting is the whole point of training, where do you go if you’ve got no limits?! If your current limitations are caused by injury, this can be frustrating, but remember it’s temporary! Test your capabilities, have discipline to stay within them while experiencing pain, keep a positive attitude and a good sports massage (🤣👍🏻) will see you right! .
