Blueberry overnight oats with pb! .

How about some oats mini dosa for breakfast?  2 simple Ingredients - Oats and Water that's it. (You can add salt and masalas if you want more taste)
Just grind the oats (I used @quaker_india oats), add water to make it like a batter with medium thick consistency. Spread on a hot pan, it cooks perfectly fine without oil too. But you can use a drop or two. Turn it around and cook.

That's it.

Easy, quick, healthy breakfast.

As your baby grows, they will need to eat foods that contain more nutrients and vitamins than those just found in breast milk, formula and cow’s milk alone. Oatmeal is a great way to introduce textures because the oats are soft, but still retain their structure. I love to give oats along with fruits to my baby, in form smoothie or may be oats apple. And trust me my baby loves every form of it. Fall in love with taking care of your body ..
Homemade protein powder
Peanuts -plants based protein , fiber and many key vitamin and minerals 
Almonds - high in vitamin E , can  lower cholestrol level , reduce hunger lowering your overall calories 
Oats-major protein in oats is avenallin which isn’t found in any other grain but is similar to legume protein 
Pumpkin seeds - full of valuable nutrients , high in antioxidant, linked to reduced risk of certain cancers , improve prostate and bladder health , very high in magnesium, high in fiber 
Quinoa - protein , wide range of amino acids , excellent source of lysine , high in fiber 
Recipe - roast all of them on low flame , do not burn
Cool them completely
Grind them for 5 sec n wait for another 5 sec
Repeat this process till you get fine powder 
Mix cocoa powder or sugar according to your taste 
Home made powder -1/10th the price of market

I made some toasted oat soda bread. If you have never baked bread before, a traditional Irish soda bread is a good place to start. It does take a bit of time with the toasting of oats and served it with the chia seed jam that i made in my last post. Recipe on the blog .

Breakfast time: Carrots-onion oats dosa with sprouts😋
.
My first entry for #healthytaleswithoats organized by @rasoikigupshup @food.marvels.vc @antarabasude and @_plateful_of_goodness_ in association with @blablafoodz @healthychoices_in .

Recipe:
▶️ Soak 2 cups oats in 2 cups of water for 10 mins
▶️ After 10 mins add 2-3tbs rice flour, which acts as a binding agent, salt, a pinch of turmeric, 1 TSP jeera (optional), 1 TSP red chilly powder and mix well.
▶️Add water if required. The batter should be lump free
▶️Next add finely chopped onions. if you did not add red chilly powder, you can add finely chopped green chilly to the batter.
▶️ Heat a pan, greese it with little oil and pour the batter over the pan to make dosa.

#healthyuttapam here i have made super tasty sprouted moong and oats Utaapam, this is a real no-fuss recipe that can be made any time, it doesn't required soaking or fermentation as it is made with sprouts!

Recipe-
Makes 4-5 uttapams

Ingredients-
* 1cup sprouted moong
* 2 tbsp oats flour ( i am using @quaker_india )
* 1 tbsp curd
* 2 green chilies
* 2 garlic cloves * 1/2 inch of ginger
* 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
* 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
* some coriander to garnish

Procedure-
* Add sprouted moong/garlic cloves/ginger/green chilies to a blender and blend it to a smooth paste ( if need add lil water) * transfer the paste to a bowl and now add oats flour, curd and salt, give it a nice mix and keep it aside for 10min to rest. * take a non stick tawa grease with a drop of oil
* after 10 min pour a ladle full of batter on a non stick pan and make 150 mm (6") thick uttapa * sprinkle onion, tomato and coriander on it and press slightly with a flat spatula * cook nicely from both the sides ( to make sure the uttapam is cooked fully) 
# serve it hot with green chutney!!
