Cacao, Psyllium husk & Chia breakfast pudding bowl 😍

Prepare about half a bowl of chia pudding ahead of time and when ready to eat just add the following:
-
* I N G R E D I E N T S *
-
1 Tbsp Psyllium husk
1 Tbsp Cacao powder
1 Tsp Coconut sugar
100ml Coconut milk

Mix the above ingredients well together. If the mixture gets a bit clumpy, add some more coconut milk, almond or oat milk to loosen up the pudding a bit. -
Place some fresh fruit in rows ontop of the chia, psyllium & cacao pudding. -
I used:
1/2 Banana sliced
5 Red grapes cut in half
3 Fresh lime slices

Serve in a trendy pink bowl & eat in the sun 🤗🌞

Aktuell habe ich eine extreme Affinität zu Sprossen und Microgreens. Ich verzehre sie gefühlt tonnenweise 😂. Obwohl ich diese Superfoods bereits über viele Jahre - vorzugsweise im Winter, wenn unser Garten ruht - kultiviere, kann ich momentan gar nicht genug von ihnen bekommen. Auch, wenn wir aufgrund des milden Klimas bereits fleißig Wildkräuter sammeln, bin ich vor allem nach diesen 3 Sorten absolut süchtig. Sie alle eignen sich als großartige pflanzliche Proteinquellen. 
Rote Linsensprossen enthalten rund 25%. Weiterhin wirken sie durch den hohen Ballaststoffanteil verdauungsfördernd und unterstützen unsere Darmfunktion. Somit lassen sich positive Effekte bei Behandlung der Obstipation (Verstopfung) erzielen. Aufgrund des hohen Eisenanteils (7x mehr als im Spinat) lassen sich die Sprossen unterstützend bei Anämie einsetzen. Auch in Mungbohnen sind Proteine reichlich vertreten (ebenfalls knapp 25%). Daneben sind sie reich an Calcium, Phosphat, Magnesium, Kalium sowie Vitamin C. Aufgrund ihrer wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe wirken sie chronischen Zivilisationskrankheiten wie Burnout, Diabetes oder Bluthochdruck entgegen und lassen sich super für Detox-Kuren einsetzen. Außerdem tragen sie zum Anti-Aging-Effekt bei. Meine absoluten Favoriten momentan sind jedoch die Süßlupinen. Sie enthalten fast 40% Proteine und im Gegensatz zu den anderen Hülsenfrüchten lediglich 6% Kohlenhydrate. Daneben bestehen sie zu über 40% aus verdauungsfördernden Ballaststoffen sowie Vitamin E, Kalium, Magnesium und antioxidativ wirkenden Carotinoiden. Die blähende Wirkung ist hier deutlich geringer ausgeprägt als bei anderen Hülsenfrüchten. Die Saaten habe ich von @suessundclever bezogen (unbeauftragte Werbung wegen Markennennung). The latest newbie... White Vienna Kohl Rabi! 👏🏼👋🏼 This is perfect for restaurants and cafes who want a bit durable micro greenery.. we find it’s a little more hardy than broccoli 🥦 (although that’s always going to be our fave due to how GOOD FOR YOU it is 👌🏼✅💥). They have a mild, sweet flavour, similar to cabbage.. they are from the Brassica family along with kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, turnips, bok choy and brussels sprouts (aka, all this great for you 🙌🏼🥦🥬). We will have some of these at the Flemington Farmers Market this Sunday 😊👍🏼

I don't want to jinx myself and should probably wait more days before posting a hopeful message, but right now I'm hopeful.  I deal with numerous health issues, including a SEVERE headache 24/7 for 24 years from 3 neck injuries that way over 100 doctors and healers have not been able to help (I'm 99% sure due to things I've experienced that my skull slipped on C1 and is crushing nerves into my brain), major IBS-C since birth...which has dramatically worsened the past few years, edema, and blood sugar problems.  After my 4/11/2018 3rd head smashing injury and going to MORE useless doctors, I took away 2 things...don't go to anymore doctors...and pay attention when 3 of them said my severe inflammation may mean I have an underlying autoimmune disease.  I could blow off 1 comment, but when 3 different people mentioned how much systemic inflammation I have, that needs to be paid attention to.  One chiropractor who took full spine images (I'd had tons of CTs and MRIs of just my neck and head but never full spine until 10/2018) was truly horrified at my digestive tract when she saw it.

Although I do have REAL structural damage to my neck and base of skull (plus a congenital malformation in my skull), the ONE factor that ties all of these things together is inflammation.  I've been off gluten for years after finding out my dad is a Celiac.  I've been tested and am not officially a Celiac, but I had bad gluten antibodies in blood tests and physical symptoms from gluten. (A weird issue that cleared up after getting off gluten was that really bad, bloody, painful, scabby sores up in my nose cleared up.) So, I know that food intolerances definitely cause health problems.

Now, I GREATLY improved...i.e. cured...my feet, ankles, lower legs edema months ago by going on a horrifying parasite cleanse using mimosa pudica, activated charcoal, and diatomaceous earth.  I need to say that the DE was like freaking concrete in my innards so I had to quit using it after not very long.  The cleanse is still giving me nightmares from what came out!  OMG!  Parasite cleanses are not for wusses, let me tell you! (continued below)
