I don't know why but autumn and winter always call me to start detoxification again.
This time I'm focused on my liver and adrenals.
The easiest way to detoxify the liver is to cut fats to a minimum (less than 15%), and eat food that liver loves: greens, fresh dates, pineapples, apples, pears, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, etc and also warming spices like chili, cinnamon, and ginger.
Few simple rules to make your liver happy:
Drop all meat and dairy food.
Cut fats, even healthy ones.
The liver does not like to be hungry so do not skim your breakfast.
Start the day with 500ml water with lemon /cucumber.
Dehydration is a killer for your liver cells so keep it hydrated by drinking juices or ”living water”(with lemon, cucumber or any fresh fruit/herbs). Avoid alcohol, drugs, medicines ;) They are real liver killers.
