🚩HOOKGRIP: Problems & Solutions🚩
💪تکنیک حرفه ای برای لیفترهای حرفه ای💪
گریپ قلاب یا هوک گریپ را بسیاری از لیفترها و وزنه برداران، به ناچار به منظور فیکس شدن هالتر و عدم رهایی در حین انجام حرکت، انجام می دهند.
این گریپ با گره شدن چهار انگشت روی شست و قرار گیری هالتر در سطح پالمار دست انجام می شود.
نکته مهم:
دامنه حرکتی ادداکشن محدود شست، امکان گریپ قدرتمند را از شما می گیرد، عضلات ناحیه radial side مچ دست که شامل 
Extensor pollicis longus
Extensor pollicis brevis
و
Abductor pollicis longus
می باشند، اضلاع انفیه دان تشریحی که anatomical snuff box نامیده می شود را تشکیل می دهند.
برای گریپ صحیح باید روی انعطاف این ناحیه با حرکات موبیلیتی و کششی مطابق ویدیو

به منظور پیشگیری از آسیبها و دردهای این نواحی، تمرینات را بصورت منظم قبل از لیفتینگ، انجام دهید.
دامنه حرکتی مچ دست بصورت نرمال در سمت رادیال، 20 درجه و در سمت اولنار، 55 درجه باید باشد ولی یک لیفتر و وزنه بردار، نیاز به دامنه ای فراتر از این زوایا دارد.

MEET OUR TEAM 👋🏼 Have you meet Physio Emily? She’s in charge of the Strength Lab on Thursday nights & we’re super lucky to have her on our team... Read on why 👸🏼🙋🏼‍♀️ Emily grew up in Eltham, and like most kids in the DV area enjoyed playing a variety of sports including tennis, netball and swimming. After finishing school, Emily followed her passion for sports and exercise by completing a Bachelor of Human Movement at RMIT. Looking for a further challenge, she then decided on a “tree-change” and moved up to Albury where she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Embracing the regional lifestyle, Emily worked at the Albury Base Hospital for 2 years, which included outreach roles in some of the local towns, and played netball at a local football/netball club (where she was always roped into helping out with the trainers). In 2010, after missing family and friends, Emily made the move back to Melbourne, and worked in a few different roles, including her position at a major metropolitan private hospital in orthopaedics, where she continues to work today. Emily’s clinical interests lie in pre- and post-orthopaedic rehabilitation, especially surgery of the knee and lower limbs, and the role of exercise in the arthritic patient. She is a big advocate of “pre-habilitation”, early mobilisation post-operatively, and a patient-centred approach to therapy to ensure people are meeting their goals. Outside of work, Emily is kept on her toes by her two energetic young daughters. She enjoys running, pilates, good coffee, and a glass (or two) of red wine. Em is really looking forward to joining the team to run Group Physio classes and help her local community best achieve optimal health….but be warned, as she is terrible counter and has a dislike of odd numbers, so you can be guaranteed to be score a few extra reps!!
