This was my lunchbowl yesterday full of liver detoxing cruciferous veggie goodness with red cabbage dry fried with red pepper, green beans, okra and garlic with some tamari chilli and mung bean sprouts and kraut. A high fibre bowl for optimum gut health and yumminess.
