SERIES 32: "THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM" -SWIPE RIGHT FOR DETAILS-
I was handed a Canon Prima Zoom Shot AI AF by my mum, who found it while doing some housekeeping. It was kept in good working condition and I made it a point to make use of it at least once before the "circuit breaker" period kicked in. this series is the result of that first-time usage.
even before using it, I knew this camera would mean a lot to me since it was passed from parent to child, and also reminded me of the Olympus μ Zoom 115 my late grandfather gave to me, although it was no longer functioning due to a faulty lens that was probably caused by a negligent younger me.
as you can see from the photos in the series, some shots seem to be out of focus. I’m not entirely sure as to how the autofocus function operates on this camera, and whether or not the flash is still working properly.
what I can say about this camera, is that it is awesome and has a date-time function that can be enabled for images, although I chose not to use it for this series of photos.
I enjoyed how these photos turned out, and I hope you guys do too, as well. for my first time shooting on this camera on my ever-favorite film stock of Kodak Gold 200, it went pleasantly positive. 📸: Canon Prima Zoom Shot AI AF
