Got my Row, row, row @rowhousehiltonhead this morning!! Such a fun work out and great energy. Things I love about it:
❤️If you are new to rowing, or like me maybe row as part of a WOD but don’t necessarily have the best form, this is a great class to learn proper rowing form
❤️Great mobility and strengthening exercise with low impact!. Ankles, knees, hips, back and shoulders are moving through lots of range of motion, And learning how to row efficiently works ALL of your muscles💪
❤️Team effort. I’m a little bit on the competitive side so I like having goals to strive for. Through out the exercise you are given splits or speed goals to aim for, distance you’re trying to cover as a “team”, and guidance on keeping form and pace. And for those of us who kinda like bragging rights 😏The Row House app keeps track of how many meters you have rowed! 🚣♀️ I can’t wait to go back for another class!
