A beautiful salad 🥗! We make salads when we get some fresh veggies and it makes me happy and feel such gratitude 🙏🏻. I added greens, tomatoes, slivered almonds, string beans and chickpeas (also 🥑 but not pictured here). And a homemade dressing with shallots, garlic, dijon mustard, honey, lemon, olive oil and red wine vinegar 😋. What’s on your menu tonight?
